I’ve been there. When I entered menopause, I had no idea what to expect. My mother never talked about it, and due to a history of blood clots, hormone replacement therapy wasn’t an option. Like so many women, I struggled with the typical symptoms, especially fatigue—but I refused to let them define me. Through nutrition, movement, and holistic wellness, I found a way to feel stronger, more balanced, and truly at home in my body again. Now, I help other women do the same.

As a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Certified Wellness Worksite Specialist (CWWS) and American College of Sports Medicine Fitness Specialist (ACSM) with advanced degrees in health and wellness, I offer personalized coaching
